Another Drupal Website

I am so happy that I have the opportunity to develop another Drupal website. This one is for education and the strategy and planning need to be clear. Unfortunately, the client refused to brainstorm. I guess I'll try my best to do what I can and keep close communication with him as we go.

Drupal is a Web Content Management System, so planning is the first phase and it is very important. There should be at least one flowchart and some navigation outline. Everything needs to be think ahead of time. We use Drupal to do the work for us, but we need to know how to manage the content and how each page relates to each other in order to develop the website.

Clean Code!

I just finished training another designer in the office today. I shown her many quick tips on how to make her code nice and clean and short. After going through only 1/10 of the original code, the file size went from 47KB to 44.7KB. It's amazing! If we had done the whole file, I can see the file size drop below 30KB. Not only is it easier to read, it makes the website load quicker with small file size.
