I just finished setting up a new form for Page 1 Solutions. The idea is to use this to track prospects who filled out the contact form from your website and send out follow-up emails. Many times, the prospects may forget about coming to your website if they did research to find you. Using follow-up emails provides a way to keeping your prospects in the loop. You can also use the follow-up emails for promotions.
